Pizza Luce’s brunch is amazing! almost the entire menu can be made gluten-free.
my personal favorite (and by that, I mean I’m literally addicted to it), is the GF eggs benedict. in fact, they have four varieties of eggs benedict: the original (poached eggs, ham, hollandaise sauce, and a gluten free english muffin, served over hashbrowns), a pesto one (pesto hollandaise and switches out the ham for sausage), a salmon one (with dill cream cheese and a lemon dill hollandaise), and a portabello benedict (with a sun-dried tomato spread and a roasted red pepper/ blue cream cheese sauce). they’re unbelievable!
the tomato florentine is fairly similar to the portabello eggs benedict, it has spinach and tomatoes, with a sun-dried tomato spread on an english muffin, with a vegan hollandaise sauce and hasbrowns.
other options include various omelets (include build-your-own), a tofu scramble (which is also vegan), and a veggie skillet.
another interesting option is the huevos luceros. it’s made of corn tortillas, with beans, quinoa, salsa, and eggs, with avocado on top. this can also be made vegan.
it’s a huge gluten free menu with tons of fantastic options. if you haven’t tried them out for brunch yet, you really should!!

Hopkins Brunch: 8am-2pm
Duluth Breakfast: 8am-3pm
and the Duluth location has many of these options daily for breakfast between 8-10:30am
